Order Fulfillment
Print your orders when you need them instead of investing time and money in a large inventory or warehouse space.
Orders can be shipped directly to your customer from our production facility. Catawba Publishing can bill your customer for you, omit or include your invoice or a packing slip in the shipment. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Please contact your Catawba representative for express shipping rates.
Catawba Publishing also ships to special event locations. Provide us with the location and date of your book signing or conference and your books can be shipped there for you.
Internet Sales
When several of our publishing partners expressed an interest in having Catawba Publishing help with online ordering and distribution of their books, we decided to offer them a place in our bookstore.
Every quarter a detailed account of your sales, along with a check, will be sent to you. We handle the payments, returns and customer support.
For a small 7.5% service fee you receive:
- 24-hour selling power
- Complete accounting and royalty service
- Product fulfillment
- Credit card processing
